Samir has over 15 years of experience and his practice covers the full range of employment law issues, contentious and non-contentious. His experience includes regularly advising major blue chip, multinational and semi governmental companies in relation to their day to day employment queries as well as corporate support work for mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and public listings.
Gordon has wide experience in advising upon a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. Gordon is a Part I and Part II Registered legal practitioner with a right of audience before the DIFC Courts and is also well versed in litigation before the Labour Courts. Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Gordon spent over 5 years in the UK within the Employment Law department at Dundas & Wilson CS LLP (now CMS Cameron McKenna LLP). During this time Gordon successfully represented many clients at Employment Tribunals throughout the UK.

Ivor has had extensive experience in advising on employment law in the Middle East and prior, in Dublin. He has advised employers on all aspects of the employment relationship to include contracts of employment, drafting of policies, disciplinary proceedings, rationalisation programmes and termination agreements. He has particular experience in advising clients on disciplinary processes from the emergence of the issue to the implementation of the sanction.
