Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo supported Luxottica in designing and implementing a new flexible employment agreement plan that establishes permanent contracts for over a thousand young temporary workers in Italy.

The new contract introduces six-hour days for five months, a flexible timetable to cover the production peaks to which all employees can participate and share ownership, including online "self-management" of attendance.

Aldo Bottini , Lea Rossi , and Diego Paciello of Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo e Soci worked alongside the trade union associated with Luxottica (the largest lens manufacturer in the world) to draft the new agreement. Dubbed revolutionary by the Italian media, it will apply to over 11 thousand Luxottica employees.

"I am happy with this new agreement because it responds to a simple concept: the more sincere and respect for the worker, any worker, the higher the quality of his/her contribution and his/her experience in the company", comments Leonardo Del Vecchio. "We will continue to invest in fueling the emotional involvement and sense of community that makes our Italian factories unique, full of life and youth," said the Luxottica founder to  La Stampa Economy.
